THE advent of Boris Johnson's premiership has been greeted with a predictable spasm of manufactured outrage by Labour. Brimming with synthetic indignation, Jeremy Corbyn's party mouths its usual slogans of class envy and bleats about the need "for a prime minister on the side of the many, not the few".
